Excel files are not opening

    Dear jerry120: Solution for your problem is, open excel file, you will see option "File" at top (left), click on it, then you will see option "Advance", click on it, fined General option by scrolling the vertical bar, then unmark "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange " .

    Hi guys, thanks for the tips. I had the same problem and I thought the file was corrupted, so I have used ExcelFIX for recover the file. However, I did not know this tips about W7.

    There was a problem sending the command to the program EXCEL 2007


    Thanks to Captain Jack S... this worked for me: Make sure the application is not running under any kind of compatibility mode. Go to the directory where Excel is installed Right Click on it go to Properties and go to Compatibility Tab make sure Compatibility mode is unchecked.
