    If you want to attach a file with an extension that isn't supported on the Forums, such as .php, you will need to zip it first and then attach it.

Hello Community, I'm having an issue here, and reading through threads and forum posts - i'm getting nowhere. I get no error messages when trying to open a file from a mapped drive. I have a user onsite unable to open any Mircosoft Office 2013 files from any of his mapped network drives....
