    ms outlook shut down problem


    Hi Everybody,
    Whenever I try to close Outlook and then make a shut down, the
    computer cannot excute my request and tells me that Outlook is not yet
    shutdown and aks whether I want to force a shutdown.
    Can anybody tell me how I can solve this problem.

    Sorry you are having problems! Are you running any add ons like an outlook gadget?

    Also, which version of Outlook and where did you get it?
