Open Ccleaner and click on Options. If Settings is not displayed, click on settings. If the first box, Run Ccleaner when computer starts is checked, uncheck it.

Edit: I see others typed faster than I and you have already checked this.

That sounds right. Test it by logging out then back in. Does it still start on it's own?
It wasn't starting on it's own before. At least not that know of. When I click on it myself then I get a message asking for permission to start and I must click "Yes". This does not come up when I start my computer.

Thus meaning it does not start on it's own correct?
    Yup. Problem solved :)

    Thank you so much everyone!

I guess that even though the document reverting back to an older version is weird it's still CCleaner's fault. So I'm keeping the two options "Recent Documents" and "Office 2007" unchecked.

I will also keep the "Run CCleaner when computer starts" unchecked.

Thank you so much everyone for your help, assistance and, most importantly, your time! I wish there was a thank button.

There is. It's the little scale in the top right of each post. And no problem, that's why we're here

Thanks again Fred. Everyone who posted got a rep thanks from me.

One last question. How do I mark this thread as solved? Or is that not my job? (oops, guess that's two questions. )

    Any time. This is fun.
If you click the red triangle and post as solved, the mods will take care of that.
