Cannot preview email in Outlook 2010

    Cannot preview email in Outlook 2010


    For some reason when I have the view set to preview the right side where the preview email is supposed to be is blank....all I have is a list of the emails on the left. Anyone else have this problem?

    I have no issues viewing emails either on bottom, right etc.

    Use the 'Change View' on the top left, and also also set the 'Reading Pane'

    Are you sure you have an email highlighted , not just showing the account.

    make sure your reading pane setting..u can set at tools > options > other tab > reading pane

Occasionally when I delete an email while I have the preview pane open (this may be the incorrect name, but I've attached a screenshot so hopefully it's clear) the email remains in the preview pane until I click to another folder. This isn't a big issue or anything, it's just a small annoyance....

Outlook 2010 New Email

When I select 'New Email' (to create a new e-mail) or "Reply" the template does not come up on the screen. When I go to the task bar I can see the templates but they won't appear on the screen. :( Please help! George Forsa number removed
