You can use Outlook to do this. Just export and then import works like a charm.

" File access is denied. You do not have the permission to access the file C:\inbox 11dec 09 .pst. "

I am the sole user of my desktop pc and an Administrator with access.

Export the file to a USB Flash drive that is Formatted FAT32. Then import it from that same USB Flash Drive. It must be formatted FAT32. Let me know if that works.

How did it NOT work for the sent emails? You should be able to export the sent folder just as you did the inbox and then import. Maybe you need to do one folder at a time? Maybe too many emails to handle all at once?
