Well, I started using Office 2010 very recently and there were no crop marks. So I guess the crop marks would be turned off by default.
    Weird.

In the English version (retail) are off by default. If i install the PT version on a clean system there are no crop marks.

But if i uninstall office EN and install office PT in the same machine without format the pc the crop marks are on.

    I don't really understand this

    Hi,

I brought the Office 2010 EN version, but usually i write in Portuguese and with the dic problem i choose to install the Portuguese version of office 2010.

    So i see a problem.

In the control panel when i choose my Office it shows me this build number:

    Imageshack - teste1k.jpg

When go to an office program shows me this build:

    Imageshack - teste2x.jpg

Why the builds are different? Someone can explain me?

Note: Someone can tell me if the Office 2010 specially the MS Word 2010 come with the Crop Marks enabled or disabled.

    Thanks.
    Hi Csoyen,

In addition to Bill2's post, I believe that the 14.0.4763.1000 is the hotmail connector build number. You get different numbers for each office product that you have installed. A quick way to check your different builds is to open the Programs and features from Control panel (or type appwiz.cpl in RUN) and look at the Version column.

    Thank you

    That makes two of us

Does everything else seem to be ok? It's not crashing or anything right?
(to save you replying, I'll take no reply to mean it's all ok )
