OneNote refusing to start in the system tray...

Tools > Options > "Place OneNote icon in notification area of taskbar" is set.

The shortcut in Startup for both "ONENOTE.EXE" and "OneNote 2007 Screen Clipper and Launcher" both have the Run: Minimized state on them.

Everytime I start my PC, ON opens and isn't minimized to the system tray. It opens the program totally; any idea why? It's quite annoying.

Do a search, in the box right hand corner, for OneNote.
There you will find multiple solutions for various problems on One Note.

Apparently, if OneNote is running on compatibility mode, the Launcher must be as well.
