    how to add arabic to microsoft word?


    i just bought a new laptop with windows 7. its the first time i use windows 7 and the new microsoft word.
    i googled how to change the language to arabic, but for some reason when u go menu-> word options -> advanced-> show document content, the part that is supposed to change the language isnt there.
    what do i do?

    microsoft office word 2007
    installed it from a microsoft office cd we bought in 2008 from america.
    microsoft office home and student 2007

    Well, for Office 2007 you can enable the language by changing the language options.

    1. Go to "Word Options"



    2. Popular > Language Settings



    3. Select your preferred language, click "Add"

    4. Change your "Primary Editing Languge"

    5. Restart MS Office.

    thank u,
    i did that, it writes from right to left, but the arabic letters won't show. it still writes in english.

    you have to enable a arabic option in regional setting in control panel...
