Well, it's exactly what he SAID, so one would assume that, yes, it's also what he meant.

Quality control and safety standards in 3rd and 2nd world countries are not as strict as they are in places such as the U.S., Japan, and other industrialized nations.

Did I miss the part where he mentioned ANYTHING about race?

Just a couple questions.
Is this a new Laptop with warranty?
Did you have this problem from day one?
Did this problem start after some software upgrades?

Well guys I just hit 4.0 on my 955 not really happy about the Memory aspect but here is a before and after pic. OC… CPU Clock Ratio - x16 - 4000 CPU NB Freq. -x9 - 2250 CPU Freq. - 250 HT Link Freq. - x8 - 2000 Memory Clock - x4.00 - 1000 CPU voltage is set at 1.425

New Board: EP45-UD3P New BC WD Hard Drive (tested) GTX 275 8gig Corsair Memory Decided after purchasing a bunch of new components, and all sorts of testing that this random BSOD on my Windows 7 x64 machine is driving me nuts. Tested the Memory New MB

New build number is 6.1.7105.0.winmain.090404-1235. :) My guess leak next week :p
