I'm just checking things out here.
GoTo C:\Windows. Make sure you can see the menu bar (if not, GoTo Organise > Layout > tick Menu Bar.
On the Menu Bar GoTo Tools > Folder Options... > View. Make sure "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is un-checked.
GoTo Start > R-click My Computer and select Properties > On the left click Advanced system settings. On the Advanced tab click the Settings... button under Performance and make sure that "Show thumbnails instead of icons" is checked.
If you've changed anything above then do the delete Icon & Thumb Caches & re-boot again.
Sadly, you really need to do this every time you make or expect an icon or image to change.
As an alternative method, have look at / try this offering PSP Thumbnail Viewer.
And I suppose you'll also be needing a PSD thumbnail viewer.PSP Thumbnail Handler displays thumbnails by extracting the embedded thumbnail from the PSP file. If the file does not contain a thumbnail, or the thumbnail is not in the expected format, PSP Thumbnail Handler will fail and the default PSP icon will be displayed instead.

Looks like they are all in Photobucket.
Download all files from photobucket into C:/your name/libraries/pictures.
settings on my PC are as you have shown...so that is not the problem...thx for making sure:)
and no they are not in my photo bucket....image i have posted is from a folder on my PC....
Go into your computer and right click on one of those images/open with paint shop pro or anything else other than a psd file.
I have Easy Share from Kodak( my camera) but I can take any photo and open with Windows media center, windows photo viewer, paint and other photo imaging software that I have loaded.
Keep us posted.
Welcome to Windows seven forum!
hun, i want to be able to view them in the folder itself and NOT have to use photo shop or anything else to open them and view....like i said when i had windows XP i could view any image in my folders ( png, psp, psd, jpeg )
now with windows 7 i can only see jpeg & png ...everything else is as u see in the above image i posted
Folder View - Reset All Folders
Sorry about the mix up!
If this doesn't help do a search(upper right corner) on how to view photos.
There are several different posts and maybe one of them might help you.
I didn't doubt they were, just better to be sure. :)
I can vouch for the PSD Thumbnail Viewer. (A part of my PSD folder):-
It adds a dll file to the system and a few registry entries. Just open the folder and they almost instantly change to the image (if the image is embedded of course).
Just give 'em a try.
