The simplest way - though a little crude is to use the PrtSc key to dump the whole screen to the clipboard. you can then paste into any application of your choice and edit to suit.
also if snipping tool is running before you open the email you should be able to Alt Tab to it to take your snip |

You can use FastStone Capture instead. It is a much better snipping tool anyhow. Jing is another excellent option. Advantage with it is that you can program it to a function key. And do not worry that you have to sign in for it. That has no consequences whatsoever. But you can also save pictures from PP directly. Just roll down the "save as type" and select .jpg, .png or .tiff.

I can't change my wallpaper in personalization & right-clicking pict I can change my wallpaper only by right click - 'to choose like wallpaper. There is a 'set as desktop background' option too but it never works. When I try to change theme, only window color and music change, background and screen saver don't. Any idea what it could be? |

How to permanently save a restore point I set a restore point 2 days ago manually. Today I have found it has been deleted and I may have to reformat because of this. I set my drive to hold 1.15gb in size for restore points. The current restore point is a mere 200mb yet it STILL decided to delete the old ones. Previously I've checked... |

Unable to restore - can save a restore point I have had this problem for quite a while. I'm able to create restore points (and they show up in the list), but I'm unable to 'restore' them... I get the system cannot restore error. I have Norton-Comcast and have deactivated 'tamper protection' with no luck. |
