View .gif and .apng in explorer?

Is there some method/hack/mod to view animated gifs, and APNGs in explorer, and have them actually move?

Is it an installer, cause I ran it, tried running as an admin, and still nothing happened.

    Does it work with x64?

    I think you guys misunderstood.

Do you know how on 10.6.2 on macs, you can watch a movie in the thumbnail, like ifi your just seeing it there on the desktop. I want something like that but with gifs. They are just moving when i see them in the folder.
