Unable to view video

Why is it that to view Gov. Jan Brewer's Brain Freeze - ABC News I must use Ubuntu or Windows XP? When I try to view that in my Windows 7 64bit system in either Firefox, IE 64bit or IE 32bit the video area remains black?

Works fine on Win7 32bit in the UK on FurFox 3.6.8

Make sure you are up to date with
directX
Adobe flash/shockwave
Java

They will auto-insert 'plugins' into firefox you need to view with too!

Loads of new updates were released in last couple of months!
