    Unable to save .jpg file

When using MSN as my browser and right click on a picture to save it in a folder, the "Save" button does not appear for me to save once I navigate to the folder where it should be saved.

    Any advice?

I just purchased this computer today, with Windows 7, maybe I'm just used to the old XP version and am doing something wrong.

I am using MSN 9 as my browser, as opposed to IE. I can save pics when using IE, but not when using MSN 9.

Which specs do you need? (I am SO not a computer savvy).

Also as win7 has some changes to actual location names from those in XP can you let us know where you are trying to save the file?

Instead of R clicking you could just try dragging the picture to the desktop from the browser. That usually works fine for me. Once you have the picture you can place it in the folder you need. Or you can make a folder on the desktop & drag/drop it there.
