how to remove security of a folder

ok the yesterday i had to format my hard drive because of the lack of performance on my pc and i installed every thing back in. when i came to setting up my media server so i can watch movies from my external hard drive to my ps3 using windows media player stream it didn't seem to be working like last time i set it up this is what it shows ive also notice that the folder that i keep all my movies is all of sudden secured how can i remove this security feature off this folder?

i did and i still don't have permission to go into the multiple files in the movie folder or even stream them
