OK I have the specifications of your TV;

This is your graphics card;

ATI Radeon

Does all that seem correct to you?

You need to open the windows display settings ( Screen resolution setup), and tell me what you see there.

What is the resolution in this box?

Change the resolution in that box to 1920 X 1080

You might be asked to restart your machine, and your problem should be solved.

If it is not, then post again.

OK. It seems your graphic card is there and working. Have a look at the resolution box again,does it still say 1920 X 1080 ?

If it does, then there is a good chance that your TV is defective and can not display the recommended resolution.

It is however also possible that there is something not right with your graphic drivers.

Not much more I can do I'm afraid.

I would try installing the graphic card drivers again. Switch everything off, the TV as well, then restart, check that the resolution is correct at 1920 X 1080 , and if it still doesn't work, then get someone to have a look at your TV.
