    Windows Media Player version error


    Hi, i'm new at the forum and i have troble with WMP... I don't speak english very fluid so i'll do my best:

    I've just installed Windows 7 Professional 32 bits, and when i tried to run windows media player a message apeared: (I'll translate)
    The file wmploc.dll has a number of version 12.0.7600.16385 that should be 12.0.7600.16667.

    Windows Media Player didn't installed correctly. Do you wish to install it from Microsoft web?

    I pressed "yes" but from Microsoft web i couldn't re-install it... idk what to do... i got original Windows, just in case you wonder.

when a song is being played in windows media player, and i try to delete the song, windows deletes the song with out considering the fact that song is open in media player on the other hand if song is being played in VLC, it can not be deleted until the vlc has played the file

I just realized that the Media Player in Win7 doesn't have those great features found in Player 11 in WinXP, e.g. sound effect and equaliser. How to get those features back?

Hi Guys I'm getting slightly pissed at Windows Media Player atm It keeps giving me this error, if i try to play one of my protected WMA files (downloaded from tdc play) I can play these files up to 40 or 50 times, and then i get the error message "you must restart the machine to continue content...
