Jpeg files not displayed in explorer !

    Hi,

my jpeg images are not displayed in explorer windows. They are listed, but the "icon" is never a thumbnail of the image, as it was the case in XP. Have tried to "personnalize" and select image in folder display properties, no change. There was in XP a "fiml" display mode as well. I cannot find this option neither

    Any help ?

    TIA !!!

Did you right click in the folder and set view to at least medium icons?

    Hello PivertMe,

Do you have thumbnail previews enabled with a Medium Icons, Large Icons, or Extra Large Icons icon view size selected?

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    Jpeg thumbnails

Yes that worked ! Thanks a lot !

    I had not found that.

Is there something like the XP "film" folder display ? The one where on the bottom of the folder view th e list of files appears, and above that the currently selected file is displayed in big format ?

    TIA again

You're most welcome. I'm glad that we could help.

There is a preview pane that may be somewhat similar.
