after you install PowerDVD, open my app to the Help TAB
click the button to List enable/disable codecs
Find the Cyberlink FLV Splitter (filename is CLFLVSplitter.ax) and disable it

    Shark,

I have a 32-bit Windows 7 installation -- tried your codecs, and FLV files will not show thumbnails.

press [Reset All], then go to the H264 TAB and set 'Use FFDshow's codec' on the righthand side.

If you have powerdvd installed, it breaks flv's - read a few posts up on how to deal with it.

I had the same problem for months - no FLV thumbnails. Today I decided to try shark007's codecs (I have had very bad experiences with other codec packs so I was reluctant) and lo and behold it works like a charm.
I installed the 32 bit package, then the 64 bit package, then did as shark007 suggests (H264 tab, select use ffdshow's codec) and the problem was instantly solved.

Shark007, You are the man, i ditched K-LiteCodec packs for your wonderful software. However, my TS files are missing their thumbnails now. Sorry for bumping an old thread.

1st, look on the SWAP TAB and ensure that Windows Media Foundation is not disabled. IF that checked out OK, then add the attached registry file to your system. It contains native registry keys/values with no modifications. A reboot is needed after adding the regfile to your system.
