    Photo Viewer


    When i use the Windows Inbuilt Photo viewer the picture doesnt come up so when i switch to Windows Live photo viewer and i get a " An error is preventing the photos or video from being displayed". Does someone know how to fix this because i cant print pictures now

    First off can you please complete your system specs so that we may help you better. What format are the picture files in and where did they come from? Have you tried opening one of them in Paint?

    Paint Works and My Specs are 2.4Ghz dual core Idk what motherboard idk anything else because i bought it from Dell but 2.4 Ghz Dual Core, 3 GB Ram, Windows 7 32 bit

    None of the picture formats work It just says loading then Blank screen on Windows one but on windows live i get error. Pictures are from my camera and Internet

    Lets try to eliminate things. Please go to this link:
    http://www.jmwebsites.co.uk/Diamond.jpg
    Download the photo and try to open it in the Windows Programs. That should tell us whether the problem is with your image files or the programs. I'm betting on the latter but lets take it one step at a time. If the image I sent you won't open then it might be as well to run sfc /scannow. Are you familiar with that, if not I will give you the run down.

    Picture doesnt work. Blank Screen when i put my mouse over where the pciture is meant to be its a arrow with th loading
