help with windows photo gallery crop command

Can the "crop" tool in the top bar be copied to a position on the right side of the picture with the other editing commands such as adjustment, exposure straightening etc?

Hi proofgirl, I used to like the 'crop' feature in the older version from Windows Live Essentials, then MS in their wisdom knackered it when it was updated. Now I use the 'Snipping Tool' in conjunction with Paint.net free.
