    I find that ScreenHunter 5.1 Free is the best. Better and quicker than Mac's easy Shift + Command + 3. It's very fast, good quality and quite customizable.

    I have the pro version of this tool. Typically, when I snap for posts here, I just use the snipping tool but in other cases I use FSC.

I'm having trouble with windows explorer. A screen shot would help describe the trouble.
