My screen keeps flickering/jumping video showing issue in thread.

My problem has just occured moments ago my screen keeps bouncing and flickering randomly while my pc is in use. i have made a video of the issue the link is here

and as stated in the video it does not flicker or jump when the pc is restarting or booting up. The flickering and bouncing also does not occur when i tryed to restore the pc useing the windows 7 restore tool to an earlier point in time when it was workign fine, when it comes to the screen not flickering during the system restore i have explained what i mean in more detail in the video. During the restore process the screen never flickered or bounced while it was restoring the pc.Also I recently noticed that the pc did not flicker nearly as much when I switched the monitor colors to high color 16 bit from true color 32 bit. Which is shown in this video

Yes, its possible ... try using your on-board video, or try a different card to see if your problem still remains...

That has happened to me once before about three days ago. Not sure if I can help you because the problem occurred while using the integrated graphics card on my laptop. I have a button to switch to my other card, so it went away when I opened another program.
What seems to trigger it for my laptop, is closing the lid for more than ten minutes.
