Trying to shorten the post screen

Have a tester machine with a Q9650 core DG43NB Intel board running 32bit 7 Home premium and booting from a Crucial M4 28GGB SSD. Now boot to password to desktop is currently faster than my Sandy Bridge build at 35secs but I think it would be super fast if I could "slim down" the Intel post...
