Media Player Classic and middle mouse button issue

    Hi

I have a windows 7 and whenever I play anything on Windows Media Player Classic, the middle mouse button does not work as a vertical scroll in my web browser (firefox), but instead shows a horizontal scroll but does not scroll the web pages. How can I fix this problem?

    I hope that was clear.

    Thnx

Please don't bump your posts. Sometimes members can't get to figuring out what the problem is fast, especially if it's not a general (well-known) problem.

Though I would suggest that you contact both Firefox and MPC support, let's see if someone can handle this over here. For starters, tell us a few more details, like your Firefox version, MPC version AND type (regular MPC or MPC-HC?)

    Try:
Fix Windows Media Player video, and other media or library issues

In the meantime, we'd like to know a little more about your system.

Please fill out your system specs:

    UPDATE YOUR SEVENFORUMS SYSTEM SPECS

User CP (3rd item in the top menu bar) |
in left-hand column, under Your Profile, Edit System Spec |

Use Speccy - System Information - Free Download
and/or SIW to gather info for filling in the blanks.

Do me a favor and add the word laptop or desktop to the “system manufacturer” block.

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader, Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor

Scroll down and click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

    thanks, karl

i just found out that the issue happens when I press the middle button of the touchpad only, while it works fine in a mouse middle button.
And I only just noticed that I said "mouse" in the original post instead of touchpad...my bad
