question about Stream Direct

No sure where I should post this.

Looking for opinions about this " apparently too good to be true " offer.

I don't know if i am allowed to post the link. For fear of being accused of spamming, I decided not to.

It is called Stream Direct.

Basically it requires no hardware hook up.
Just a 10 minutes download of a software.
Cost under $30, one time payment.
Access to over 4500 channels.

Perhaps someones in this forum have that installed ?

The design and the free video player looks fake to me, but it can be true, it is really on the edge...
If it is true the quality might be ver bad. All of the youtube channels that made a video of it are spamming channels...

Windows 7 uses DX11, according to the dxdiag. Now, when i play F.E.AR i need a d3dx9_27.dll file(or something), well, i can get the game working if i just put that specific file in the F.E.A.R folder but other games need other d3d files as well.
