    set windows media player to 64bit player helppp


    i cant seem to get it to default to 64bit version of windows media player... its annoying. i have ffdshow 64bit codecs. and everything i need in 64. theres gotta be a way

    have you gone to c/program files /wmp ,click the wmplayer in the folder to open wmp, pin it to taskbar, or right click it and create a shortcut, save the shortcut to desktop.

    I have tried this (Feb 14 2013) and all that happened was it took me to that same Win Media Player file containing apps etc and when I clicked on a setup app, it told me I was already using most current version. Now what? I did this because I cannot find the "Rip" button so WMP will download my cd

    Deb have just answered your other post see my pic you should get this set the transfer rate / quality 1st then just go to rip
