    350mb full hd file problem


    i play a full hd 350 file on powerdvd 11 and it play but lags and my quad processor q6600 2.40ghz stays at 54 percent while playing it i have a ram 515 mhz 3GB
    so i want to know what is the problem

    can a faster hard drive help the performance of a hd file my hard drive is 557 days old
