How can I add FLAC files to my WMP 12 library?

Title pretty much sums it up. I can play my FLAC files using a codec download from xiph.org but I can't for the life of me add the to my WMP 12! Any solutions? I'm currently running 64 bit Windows 7. Thanks!

Download wmp tag plus and k lite mega codec pack 7.9.0 then your wmp 12 should add your flac files,it is what i have done, and check that wmp tag plus(plugin)is activated

OK, done all that. But my FLAC files are still in on my E: Drive. What now? I want to move them to the WMP library.

OK, it's not a playback problem. Never has been the xiph.org codec worked, the Shark007, and now this K-Lite codec you referred me to. ALL codecs work just fine with playback. No problemo! My problem is getting FLAC files to show up in the WMP 12 Library!! I've used both the WMP Tag Plus and the WMP Tag Extender but nothing works. Am I missing some crucial part of the process?

Allright, I almost forgot to check to see if the WMP Tag Plus plugin was selected. It wasn't, so I checked it but I know that won't do anything. And it didn't. Playback is great. Tag Plus isn't!

OK. How does WMP Tag Plus work? I've read this entire thread to no avail!??! Getting a FLAC file to play is the EASY part. Getting the FLAC into the WMP 12 Library seems next to impossible. I can't find a clear cut explanation as to how one uses WMP Tag Plus. Anyone?

    P.S. How do you "re-add" a file?

in wmp go to tools /advanced /restore media library, this will reset your library, if it is just one folder or album then move it from the root folder and then move it back ,wmp will detect the change and reload the album.
to use wmp tag plus, in tools go to plug ins / wmp tag plus and click it to make sure it is selected, you should see a tick beside it.

I'm not following you at all. Where is "Files" and for that matter, "Add Folder". I have WMP 12. What is your version? What do you mean by "double click on computer" and "drives will appear and the select e drive"? Huh? This doesn't make any sense. I've worked on this project for approximately 12 hours with NO headway! Very frustrating...Please clarify your explanations. Thanks!

Yeah I tried that. What a PITA! Now I have an "UNKNOWN" folder with three Beatles albums in it! Christ! Now there's three track #1's, three track #2's, three track #3's...you get the picture. What am I doing wrong here?
