how do I remove mp3 from a TPP format? From~Archos jukebox 10 g

I have looked and asked, apparently in the wrong place, for help on removing music, MP3's and other files on an Archos JukeBox. I have checked different converters but nothing is rearing it head for me. I have disconnected from the net and tried the install without updating. Still no go!
So if you can help I will not loose 10 gigabytes of files.
Running windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop.

No the TPP file format is not used any more I have Heard, i need to find out how to get in the drive and retrieve my files...
