My Computer Stutters When Streaming Music,Video Online And Offline.
My computer stutters when i listen to music or plaly videos from youtube dondt know why i all ready did a system restore to factory settings and still the same problem any help would be greatly apreciated thanks!

How's your internet bandwidth? No matter what hardware you have got, the signal has to be fast enough to stream the material smoothly... it's the foremost possible bottle-neck to examine...
Run a bandwidth (internet speed) test and post back... :) |

Can't play audio, or any kind of video, online or offline. Something went badly wrong with my computer since yesterday.
