Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

Hello Inspiron!
  • Is there any text at all that would give a clue as to why this is (ie. perhaps the video was made for quicktime, etc)?
  • Did you try uninstalling ALL flash from control panel before you tried to reinstall flash? You have a 64bit system so it should be offering you the 64bit flash (due to the detection of a 64bit browser, etc). It should install both 32 and 64 bit flashes for both IE browsers.
  • Ensure Windows update AND your current antivirus are both COMPLETELY updated
  • Ensure that there are no system utilities or internet utilities blocking Adobe Flash installation
  • Follow this tutorial (**No need to scroll to the top, you will be linked directly where you need to go): Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows
