my youtube video size wont change to medium. it only changes to....

When I set the icon size inside of a folder to medium, only that folder has medium icons. How do I make medium the default icon size for ALL folders?

i updated adobe flash player and when i went to watch something on youtube i couldnt get the video to open in medium screen. it only opens in small & full screen. i tried updating firefox but that didnt solve the problem. does anyone have any ideas? thank you.

Just did a clean install. I like all my folders size set to Medium. I opened C:, made the folders medium icons, folder & search options, view, folder views, "apply to all". There are still some folders (music, movies, etc.) that I have to change the size.

I'm using Windows 7 x64, and have no trouble changing the size of the desktop icons with the mouse wheel. However, in any other explorer window, I have the choice between small, where I can't see the icon really, and medium, which is big and the size of a tile. Is there any way to change THAT size...
