Windows media player volume (Windows 7)

Hi, i find it annying to open up windows media player and to adjust the volume. It has the start and pause on the preview menu when you hover your mouse over it but volume setttings, ull have to actually open up WMP to adjust it! Is there anyway of getting the volume to show on the preview on mouse hover like this?
