    I used freemake which I found very useful. Freemake | Best Freeware Alternatives To Paid Video Software

    I know it can join files together I think there is a split option.

I can find lots of programs to edit tags in audio files but does anyone know of something that works to edit titles etc in mp4 video files?
Hello! I would like to be able to enhance the quality of the audio track on MP4 videos shot with my cell phone. Is there a freeware app that imports MP4 and enables this? I don't want to replace the audio track, just tweak it. Any suggestions appreciated. TIA
