    Windows 7 ultimate x32 stopped working


    hey can someone help me. when i downloaded a video and saved it, everytime i try to click the folder video, windows stopped responding.. heres a screen shot

    Hi, and welcome to sevenforums, do you have any antivirus installed by any chance ? Did you try exploring the folder contents via command prompt ?
