This video won't play on my W7 PC but plays on my XP PC

I can play YouTube videos OK using Firefox, but here is a link that won't play on my laptop: http://ourworldtoday.zxq.net/shows/owt081312.html. It was suggested that I make sure Flash Player is installed, so I installed Flash Player but nothing changed.

When I click the little arrow button to start the video it disappears. The only thing left on the window is a button that says [backup], but the page it backs up to doesn't exist. The video plays on my XP desktop PC in Firefox but not on my W7 Dell Studio 15 laptop in Firefox.

Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit, service pack 1, Dell Studio 15 laptop.

    An interesting mystery!

Using PaleMoonx64 with current Flash and no video either.

How could XP find the video?

I did more testing and found this:

With Firefox, W7 does not find the video but IE plays it.

IE can play the video on both W7 and XP.

Here are some similarities and differences:

The XP system that reads the video:
    Shockwave Flash plugin 11.3.300.271
    Flashblock extension 1.5.15.1
    Noscript 2.5.1
The windows 7 system that doesn't read the video:
    Shockwave Flash plugin 11.4.402.265
    Flashblock extension 1.5.15.1
    Noscript 2.5.1

Does both firefox (the XP one and the Win 7 one) have the same identical addons/plugins?

Some may interfer due to bugs and some were designed to outright block such content from unknown sources (like say NoScript or Flash Block or Adblock that very rarely misfires and blocks actual content as well).

EDIT: I see you have noscript, you sure the one on Win 7 isn't blocking some needed content?

I do not have Flashblock extension but do have the other 2 and I can view that video, check Noscript it may be blocking something.

I temporarily disabled Noscript on w7 but the results were the same.

Some people are experiencing problems with the newer version.
You may want to go back to
    Download Flash Player 11.3.300.257 (Non-IE) 64-bit - FileHippo.com
