Question about online radio station

can anyone get this radio station working for windows7?

Worked for me, but being outside the UK I had to put a valid UK post code in the box to get it to work. I used the one for the House of Lords...

tried every browser under the sun, no go..

near the top of the window too the left of the volume slider there should be a play pause buttons but arent there, infact only ie shows the volume bar and all the other browsers are just blank

the only problem i can thik of is flash problems .i reinstalled the flash for all browser but when i try to reinstall flash for ie8 i get this error message

How do I make a desktop shortcut to a radio station?
Is it possible to make a WMC shortcut that will open a station on my radio tuner? As it is, I have to open WMC, then go to music, then click on the preset station from there. Having a shortcut that would lead directly to my radio station would be awesome. Thanks. :)
