Which Windows Media Codec Is The Best Quality?

Hi Guys, I'm screen capturing a video on my PAC and the program I'm using, Ashampoo Snap 4, is giving me six video codecs to choose from. they are:

Windows Media Video 7
Windows Media Video 8
Windows Media Video 9
Windows Media Video 9 Screen
Windows Media Video 9 VCI
Microsoft Video 1

Does anyone know which one is the best quality?

Thanks all.

You can choose WMV 9 as the quality of video is good . Windows Media Encoder 9 Series enables two-pass encoding to optimize quality for on-demand (streamed or download-and-play) content. It also supports variable bitrate (VBR) encoding for download-and-play scenarios.

Hope this helps.
