HOw do I adjust audio in Windows Live Movie Maker

I've made a 2-minute video with 1/2 dozen clips. In several of the clips my voice can be heard describing the scene as I was shooting the video, however, when I add a music track to this video, my voice audio is in competition with my the music I added. So, what I would like to know is how to either (1) lower the audio level of my voice, or (2) lower the audio of the music track I added for the clips when I am speaking. I am using Windows 7. Thank you.
