how can i copy read only file from DVD-ROM to windows 7

    is it possible said:
    exatly i want to copy movie dvd... in that dvd, suported file is copied but the main movie file size is 1 gb that file did not copy... same is hapn that i was said ...
    So you CAN copy one or more files. They are readonly as well. Please check it.

    Is it an original DVD someone bought?

    What are you gonna do after copying? Watch it using powerdvd or another dvd video watching program?
    If so.... try to watch it directly from dvd. And/or use your standonly dvd player and watch on tv. Now you know there are no bad spots on dvd. Post if you can watch it without problems. use fast forward to test

    S its orignal dvd... I take it fm my frd.. And i hv to return her.... Thats why i need it to copy on my laptop...

    you can copy some files from dvd isn't it? It isn't a readonly problem! DVD has most likely protection on it to prevent copying.
