    How do I play .mkv & .sub files with wmp/classic wmp?


    Please help me play .mkv & .sub files with wmp/classic wmp. If its not possible kindly suggest a player. 10x.

    I would suggest the FLV Player FLV Player - download for free and enjoy playing flv files

    I have tries flv player but it could'nt read .sub file hence no subtitle, anymore suggestion? 10x

    A sub has to be encoded onto the video, they can't play on their own. Usually subtitle files are .srt.

    either install a codec pack,
    sharks 007 codecs if you have x64 then be sure to use the x64 components also.

    or try spalsh player lite, it will allow you to open subs
