O.K. Welcome back, the person who told you to download realplayer was just a spammer and has been ousted. First, have you tried any of the fixes already recommended to you? And I don't mean fraudulent "advice" to download any unnecessary extra players.

I have installed FireFox on my machine (which I don't normally use and personally don't like) so we can work this through. My installation is "virgin" i.e. I haven't done anything to it, and it downloads just fine. First thing to try/do is Open Fire Fox, click on the orange Firefox tab (upper left), in the drop down tab hover your cursor over Help, another sub-menu will come out the side. The options include : Troubleshooting Information , Restart with add-ons Disabled and a few others, but those are what we're looking for. If you've installed add-ons and "extra's", try the Restart with Add-ons Disabled first. You'll get a pop-up asking "Are you sure you want to disable all Add-ons and restart?" Click Restart. Firefox will close and another pop -up will come up saying blah blah blah, click Start in Safe Mode. When it restarts , try going to your site and see if you can download now. You should be able to if its a add on thats preventing you from downloading. If you STILL have no joy, Do the above, but instead of choosing "Restart with Add-ons Disabled" click "Troubleshooting Information", on the page that comes up there will be a box that looks like this :

Click the Reset Firefox. If after all this you still cannot download, let us know and we'll go from there. Hope this helps.

(As an aside, We try very hard here to help people solve their problems and 99.99% or more of us truly want to help, but a word of caution about this or any other forum, before you take advice from someone at least look at their "particulars", i.e. post count, any awards rankings etc. If like before someone offers you advice and their post count is "one", you might want to take that with a grain of salt)

I use Opera as my primary browser and Maxthon3 as my number 2. But I used firefox to check for issues related to your problem. Did none of them work?
