Viewing an iPhone Pix Sent As An eMail Attachment ?

    Hi,

I have been getting some pix taken by a friend on their iPhone. Just Stills, Not Videos
They send it to me as an e-mail Attachment.

When I open them up in my default viewer, irFanView, they open up as a really small image.

I can make them larger in irfanview, but of course the resolution gets pretty bad.

Not too sharp with this kind of thing.

    a. Am I just experiencing the limits of the iPhone ?

    b. Is there a better way of seeing them larger with good quality still rather than using irfanview ?

**c. Any better way of sending a larger image with still good resolution, than just sending them as an
    e-mail Attachment ?

    Thanks,
    Bob

I don't know the iPhone, but it sounds to me like they may need to change their settings so that they're taking pics that have a higher resolution.

The photos are taken in good resolution on an iPhone, they get resized by default when emailed.

There is a work around when sending the photos, not quite as user friendly as the default method,

Quick Tip: Email Your iPhone Photos in Full Resolution
