Videos being cropped on all sides

    Just wanted to update:

    I did a full reinstall of Windows and everything is working fine now. At this point, I am more curious as to what caused it, because I knew doing a fresh install would fix it. Thanks to everyone who helped!

    I finally figured it out. After reinstalling Windows, I was going through all of my updates and changing my settings. There is a setting in the AMD Catalyst software called AMD Steady Video. Apparently, in the Steady Video settings, there is a zoom option that was enabled, that is supposed to help with shaky edges around videos by zooming in on them.
