    Problem viewing Videos on line

My computor says it has Adobe Flash Player version 11.7.700.202. I have Windows 7 32 bit operating system. Up until a few days ago I had no problems viewing videos. Now when ever I click on a video all I see is a black screen, sometimes with arrows, and I can hear sound but see no Video, except when I go to Youtube's site, there I can see them. I tried to remove and reinstall adobe Flash player but everytime I try at about 50% download a box comes up and says I need to close Internet Explorer to comtinue, but I can not figure out what is still running?

When you're trying to watch videos are you using Chrome or IE ? Cause you only installed Flash for IE .

    For chrome

Enable system Flash Player in Google Chrome | Windows | Mac

Nothing in there should be stopping you from viewing Flash video .

    Did you run MalwareBytes ?

    Download Link MalwareBytes

When the installation is done uncheck Enable free trial of Malwarebytes (see image below )

Update the definitions and do a full scan

If you can watch videos on youtube where are these videos you can't view ?
In-Private browsing and Active x filtering are the 2 things which will stop a video from playing that I know of,
When you have an issue use Alt+ type TA or Menubar/ Tools/ Manage add-ons and make sure Shockwave element is Enabled also make sure Silverlight is as well.
If you see a Blue circle with a slash through it on the top right right click it to disable active x filtering,

If you watch allot of videos,
Delete your browser history Ctrl+Shift+Delete or Alt+type TD
