Can't drag and drop photo's

    Can't drag and drop photo's


    Have opened all my photo's up but i am unable to move them around in the order i want,any ideas ?

    I did not want them set as options given, ie:month,day tag, with vista i was able to move the photo's around exactly where i wanted them by dragging and dropping,the mouse drags them but the minute you let go of the mouse the photo goes back to where it came from.

    I guess I'm still confused with what you want to do with your photos ... maybe someone else has the answer

    Can't drag and drop photo's-capture.jpg

    Just an example : with vista i could drag the yellow flowers from the end and put it in next to the orange flowers. Can't do this now, any ideas ?

    I was looking for the 'sort by none' option and a search brought me here: Sort Folders and Files In Any Way You Like - Windows 7 Taskforce

    Maybe this can be fixed via a regedit?

    I know this is an old forum, but if anyone is still looking for the answer (like I was), here it is. A relatively simple process, with a quick regedit.

    Windows Explorer Auto Arrange - Disable
