Hello, I hope someone can help. I have photos in Win 7 photo gallery that I would like to load onto a sd card and view on a tablet. I cannot seem to figure out how to export the file to the card.

Do you have a card reader in your pc? If so just copy the photos to it. What kind of tablet do you have. Some can connect to a pc, allowing you to copy the files.
You can't actually access the device from Windows photo gallery,
But you can select all of the files and right click one of them and click on Copy,
Then open the device as the video suggests that Dude provided and right click the appropriate folder and click on Paste.
And that's about it, verify the files appear on the device, disconnect the device.
