    Movie Maker 2.6 sync issues

    PLEASE HELP!

I have made a fairly intricate video using tons of images set to a soundtrack.
When I play it back on Movie Maker it plays fine and is synced perfectly.
However, when I save it and play it back on Media Player it is out of sync.
I need to have this project complete by Thursday and don't have enough time to try to use other editing software.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    Scott!

MM 2.6 is really a vintage product. I would try the modern version: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/movie-maker#t1=overview

Actually the problem lies when I 'finish movie' then save it to my flash drive and replay it on my laptop.

I don't know what filetype MM 2.6 uses to store the movie. Sometimes it helps when you convert to another filetype - e.g. .wmv. You can use this program for that: Format Factory Home Page - Free media file format converter

And here is a little video tutorial on how to operate that program: https://vimeo.com/9283805

    I REALLY appreciate your help!
It is save as a wmv. file.
Being a novice at this....should this create a problem for me or no?
If so what might be a better option?

.wmv is the standard Windows format. But maybe converting it to .avi or .mp4 will help. Even running it thru the Format Factory to 'convert' it to .wmv may help. Format Factory may sync it. Why don't you try that. You have nothing to lose.
